Agenda must notify the
Secretary in writing with the Agenda item to
be added to be received on or before

Nominations for the Board must be
received in writing by the Hon Secretary
on or before the 20thMay 2010

In line with the Rules of the
Trust, you must have been a fully paid up member
of the Trust for at least six continuous months
prior to the 2nd June 2009) and be nominated by
three fully paid up Trust Members. Your
nomination must include your full name, address
and contact telephone number and you may include
up to 200 words which will be published as your
candidate manifesto and circulated with ballot
papers. You should sign indicating your
agreement to be nominated and this must be
counter signed by three full Trust Members, who
should also give their name and address. Please
ensure that your nomination reaches the Hon
Secretary by the closing date
